Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at customer sites across locations in the United States. The role emphasizes safe driving, on-site customer service, and adherence to USS and DOT safety standards.

The position requires at least two years of commercial driving experience, a valid license, and strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and drive to multiple sites to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Follow USS and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist customers on site to ensure service meets their standards.
• Adjust routes as needed to meet customer needs and provide efficient service.
• Provide routing feedback to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.
• Plan for current and future toilet needs through discussion with customers.
