Job summary

Jiffy Lube in San Antonio is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident about their vehicle safety. You’ll be cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and great service. No automotive experience is required as training is provided.

A Driver's License is strongly preferred. You will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services as needed (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
