Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Houston, TX. No automotive experience is required; we train on the job to help customers feel confident in their vehicle safety.

You’ll be cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service across a fast-paced environment. As a team member, you’ll follow manufacturer guidelines, participate in on-site and online training, and contribute to a welcoming, safety‑minded shop culture.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Any level of automotive experience (preferred)
• Driver's license preferred
• Customer service or sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum and sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
