Jiffy Lube LLC. in Texas is seeking a Service Technician who helps customers feel confident in their vehicle's safety. No automotive experience required — we train you and promote from within.

You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, multi-point inspections, and basic preventive maintenance while delivering friendly, helpful service. A driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required. This role includes paid training, opportunities for pay raises within 60 days, and a path for growth

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and perform maintenance tasks following guidelines.
• Able to work effectively in a team and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
