Jiffy Lube in Cypress, TX is hiring a Service Technician. No automotive experience required; we train. You will help customers feel confident in their vehicles and be fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

As part of a fast-paced team, you’ll perform oil changes, fluid refills, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections, while following safety standards. We offer paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
