Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC. is hiring a Service Technician in Texas. No automotive experience is required—training is provided to get you up to speed on maintenance, inspections, and customer service. You will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections, while ensuring safety and quality in every interaction.

Ideal candidates are safety‑minded, able to work in a team, and eager to grow with opportunities for advancement. A driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
