Qualifications

• Must have a safety-first approach and be able to work effectively in a team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• No automotive experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
