Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician in Columbus, OH to ensure property maintenance meets company standards and legal requirements. You will address HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues on a 348-unit property and respond to tickets quickly.

You must have a valid driver’s license (vehicle required) and HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred, with at least one year of related maintenance experience.

Formación

• Active, valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
