Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 474-unit community to handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You will respond to service tickets and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, base pay $24.00-$26.00 per hour, up to 50% rent discount, quarterly stipends, on-call pay, full medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.
