Job summary

Morgan Properties, LP is hiring a Service Technician for our 504-unit community in Tampa, FL. You will perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, and respond to service tickets to keep the property in top condition.

We offer base pay of $24.00–$26.00 per hour, up to 50% rent discount, a quarterly stipend, on-call pay, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and generous holidays/PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape.
• Be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

Skills
