Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our Nashville community. You will perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances, responding to service tickets and keeping the property in top shape.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education
• Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
• Be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
