Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 474-unit community and we are ready to talk to you now. Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances; respond to service tickets; keep the property in top shape; be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

What you need: a valid driver’s license and living within 30 minutes of the property; 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education);

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.
