Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our Nashville community. Earn $21.00–$24.00/hour base pay with up to 50% rent discount and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance and respond to service tickets to keep the property in top condition.

Ideal candidates live within 30 minutes of the property and have 1+ year maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education). HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape.
• Be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
