Responsibilities

• Manage and perform resident work orders, including general repairs, plumbing, and maintenance repairs for future residents by completing standard checklist items set by our corporate office.
• Keep equipment both on the building and inside units in working condition by following a year-round preventative maintenance schedule, such as power washing breezeways and performing unit walks to check for leaks.
• Maintain grounds and amenities, including pools and BBQ grills, looking immaculate.
• Report unsafe or hazardous items to leadership.
• Perform site inspections with Maintenance leadership to ensure safety policies are met.
• Participate in rotating on-call emergency repair service.
• Monitor inventory and order building materials and supplies as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
