Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Opravy zařízení u zákazníka a v opravně
• Dodávka náhradních strojů a zařízení po opravě
• Příprava zpráv o opravách
• Kontrola inventáře dílů
• Ceny a nabídky oprav zákazníkům
• Provádění školení v používání strojů

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimálně odborné nebo střední technické vzdělání se specializací na mechaniku nebo elektromechaniku
• Minimálně 2–3 roky praxe ve službách úklidových strojů, vysokozdvižných vozíků nebo automobilů
• Znalosti v oblasti elektroniky, výkonových hydraulických systémů
• Znalost vysokotlakých mycích strojů
• Připravenost pracovat v terénu
• Dobrá organizace práce a dostupnost
• Pozitivní přístup a chuť se učit novým věcem
• Schopnost pracovat pod časovým tlakem
• Vynikající mezilidské a komunikační dovednosti
• Schopnost budovat a udržovat pozitivní vztahy s klienty
• Zkušenosti s administrativní činností jsou výhodou
• Znalost základní angličtiny je výhodou
• Řidičský průkaz skupiny B
• Základní znalosti práce s PC, MS Office, CRM a Service Max
