Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with home security systems. You will advise customers and the care center on system status and inspections, drive to sites, and perform repairs as needed.

Responsibilities include locating damaged equipment, readjusting and testing systems, reading blueprints, and coordinating with police or fire departments for inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Nicet Level 3 Certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years experience installing and inspecting/repairing ADT or comparable product.

Position Summary

The Residential Service Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert who is responsible for alleviating concerns the customer may have regarding a security system. The Residential Service Technician advises customers and the customer care center of the status of systems and processes inspections.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure

The pay range for this role is $19.53 - $36.27 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
