ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician in Madison Heights, MI. You will troubleshoot and repair security systems, read blueprints, and coordinate inspections with police, fire, or other agencies.
You will communicate status to customers and the care center, and ensure timely, quality service. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of field experience with ADT or comparable products, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license; NICET Level 3 is a plus.

The Residential Service Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert who is responsible for alleviating concerns the customer may have regarding a security system. The Residential Service Technician advises customers and the customer care center of the status of systems and processes inspections.
