Position Summary

This is a technician role that requires daily travel throughout a designated territory near Indianapolis, Indiana. The technician will perform client-site servicing, repair, and installation of company products. Responsibilities include product field support, including hardware, software, and systems networking. The technician provides technical support to customers, diagnoses failures, and determines cost-effective solutions to minimize downtime. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports on product failure trends and service issues.
