Job summary

General Services Corporation in Roswell, GA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience to join our team. You will service residential properties, install and repair HVAC units, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

EPA Type 2 or Universal certification preferred; Spanish is a plus. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 100 lbs, and a proactive customer-service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry and electrical work.
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal) required or preferred.
• HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Must pass criminal background check and have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform field maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Repair and/or install appliances and HVAC units to maintain quality dwelling.
• Comply with environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• HVAC installation experience
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Passing a criminal background check required
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skills
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
