General Services Corporation (GSC) is hiring for a full-time field maintenance role in Raleigh, NC. You will service and repair appliances and HVAC systems, ensuring quality dwellings and a safe environment for residents.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer service as part of our welcoming GSC family. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of HVAC, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical experience, be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• At least 2 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
