General Services Corporation in Raleigh, NC is seeking a maintenance technician to service and repair appliances and HVAC systems across our apartment communities. You will perform installations and ensure high standards of safety and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry and electrical skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

• Have a valid driver's license.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
