General Services Corp. is seeking a Service / Maintenance Technician III to join our maintenance team in Raleigh. You will perform HVAC/appliance repair and installation, deliver excellent resident service, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3+ years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry and electrical skills.
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal) is required.
• HVAC installation experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
