General Services Corporation is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team in Raleigh. You will be responsible for completing service requests, providing top-notch resident service, and repairing or installing appliances and HVAC items to maintain high-quality dwellings.

The role emphasizes compliance with environmental and OSHA regulations, and requires 18+ years old with at least 2 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
