General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a maintenance technician to inspect, repair, and install appliances and HVAC components in resident dwellings. You will respond to service requests, prioritize safety, and ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
• Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
• Must comply with environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
