Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Service / Maintenance Technician III to complete service requests with strong customer service and to repair and install appliances while following OSHA and environmental regulations.

The role requires diagnosing residential HVAC electrical issues, repairing plumbing and appliances, performing preventative maintenance, completing ServUS Connect tickets, and supporting on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I/II/Universal) is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Install appliances and HVAC items as needed to maintain a safe, comfortable dwelling.
• Diagnose and repair electrical circuits in residential HVAC systems and appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders in ServUS Connect.
• Maintain curb appeal and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
• Be available for on-call and inclement weather maintenance.
