Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a full-time HVAC repair technician to install, diagnose, and repair appliances and HVAC systems in multifamily housing. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, and the ability to complete work orders efficiently.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, on-call availability, and adherence to company safety programs.

Qualifications

• HVAC repair experience with troubleshooting of appliances.
• EPA 608 Certified Type I/II or Universal required/preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install appliances and HVAC items to maintain safe, comfortable units.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing and HVAC components in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service requests per work orders.
