Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• At least 2 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC items.
• Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations.
