Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Irving, TX is seeking a Service Technician II for a 300-unit Las Colinas community. You will handle HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs to keep residents comfortable and satisfied.

This on-site, full-time role offers hourly pay of $23.00-$25.00 plus monthly renewal bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues including A/C and heating systems.
• Handling electrical and plumbing repairs and appliance service.
• Maintaining stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile, carpet and flooring.
• Addressing ceiling leaks and other common maintenance tasks.

Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our300-unitapartment community situated in the upscale neighborhood of Las Colinas! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally. If you like a feeling of accomplishment at the end of your workday, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 4 weeks.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification:Valid Texas Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
