Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Montana driver's license & ability to meet agency auto insurance requirements.
• Acceptable criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance: duties include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, masonry, landscaping, sheetrock.
• Property Grounds Maintenance: snow/ice removal, lawn care, sprinkler repairs.
• On-Call Duties: participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Miscellaneous Duties: timely communication, track receipts, maintain vehicle and workspace, support staff.
