Billingsley Collection is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for residents. This role blends housekeeping with porter responsibilities to support overall property upkeep and resident satisfaction.

You will perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and safety checks, while coordinating with management and responding to resident requests. A strong attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical storage.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and community spaces to keep them pristine.
• Assist with new move-ins and ensure units are clean and ready for tenants.
• Maintain amenity areas through dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities to high hygiene standards.
• Dispose of trash and recycling promptly and neatly.
• Perform basic maintenance like changing light bulbs and small plumbing tasks.
• Monitor grounds, parking areas, and report safety hazards to management.
• Respond to resident requests and document service requests in company systems.
• Keep storerooms organized and restock supplies as needed.
• Learn and maintain pool systems per company standards.
