Billingsley Collection is seeking a Facilities Technician to oversee cleaning, basic maintenance, and safety across our properties. The role combines housekeeping and porter duties to create welcoming living spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include keeping common areas pristine, assisting move-ins, and handling minor maintenance tasks. A high school diploma and customer-service mindset are expected, with a willingness to wear a uniform and support a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, elevators, and community spaces.
• Assist with move-ins by ensuring units are clean and ready for new tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenity areas including restrooms and kitchens.
• Respond to resident requests and report safety or maintenance issues to management.
