BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I in Tempe, AZ to assist with maintenance of assets and ensure resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and support make-readies while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Ability to perform manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School diploma or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Use industry-specific technology to ensure repairs are completed timely to restore units to move-in ready condition within company standards.
• Completes maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep including exterior grounds and common areas of the property, troubleshooting HVAC and assisting with make readies.
• Identifies and corrects hazardous conditions and reports hazards to Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Assists in preventive maintenance programs followed and documented per BH guidelines.
• Maintains and secures all property-issued tools.
• Posts notices to vacate and communicates with residents when applicable.
• Shares on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team.
• Responds to resident requests per company standards.
