Windsor Communities is seeking a Service Tech I at Windsor West Plano in Plano, TX. The role involves hands-on maintenance and resident-focused service within a mid-rise apartment community.
You will help keep common areas clean, assist with light maintenance, and support preventative projects while upholding Windsor’s service standards. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and opportunities for growth within a growing organization.
This site is a mid-rise style apartment community with 363 units on property.
Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.
Hourly: Starting at $17.65 - $22.06 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
Annual Starting Comp: $36,712 - $45,884.
