Job summary

Windsor Buckhead - Atlanta, GA is seeking a Service Tech I to help maintain curb appeal and support daily operations at a mid-rise apartment community. You will perform light maintenance, cleaning, make-ready tasks, and basic repairs to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Basic computer skills and smartphone use.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office.
• Assist with weather related cleanup as needed.
• Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.
• Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, punch work and light maintenance.
• Perform light audits and light bulb replacement.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects and light work orders.
• Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.

Service Tech I | Windsor Buckhead - Atlanta, GA

This site is a mid-rise style apartment community with 373 units on property.

Compensation

Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

• Hourly: Starting at $17.65 - $22.06 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
• Annual Starting Comp: $36,712 - $45,884.
