Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician I to help deliver outstanding customer service while supporting cost controls on our single-family home portfolio. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems, and maintain vehicles and tools to meet daily needs.
A high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year in service are required. On-call work including weekends may be required, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The Service Technician I is a key associate in providing an outstanding customer experience while providing cost and expense controls. The Service Technician I works on the Property Management team to trouble shoot, make proper repairs and provide excellent customer service for our customers in our Progress Residential single-family homes.
This role is considered Safety Sensitive and full compliance with all Fleet policies and procedures must be always adhered to Drivers of Progress Residential Fleet vehicles are expected to maintain a good driving record and drive in a safe manner at all times.
