R&R Heating in Spokane, WA is seeking a motivated HVAC Technician to serve Colville and the surrounding areas. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Electrical O6 Training card (license preferred).
• Working knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather and job site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Technician to join our team to serve Colville and the surrounding areas.
