We are looking for a motivated HVAC Retrofit Lead Installer to join our installation team to serve Colville and the surrounding areas. This position is designed for experienced leaders who are eager to install HVAC systems into existing structures with precision, ensure system compatibility, and maintain strict code compliance. You'll work closely with project managers to overcome challenges, educate clients on system operations, and uphold safety standards while training and mentoring installers on every job site.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of system compatibility and install standards
• EPA certification and Gas Mech 1 license required
• Willing to obtain WA Electrical Trainee Card and ID HVAC Trainee Card, working towards Journeyman License
• Ability to troubleshoot and commission HVAC systems
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and teammates
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Washington 02 Electrical License
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Understanding of duct design
