Job summary

On Point Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Service Technician in Wendell, NC. This full-time position offers hourly pay and requires expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, split systems, and package units.

Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and documenting service calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC experience as a Service Technician
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Participation in rotating after-hours on-call schedule
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, varying weather
• Ability to use mobile apps/tablets for service documentation
• HVAC system repair experience (split-systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits)
• In-person customer service experience
• EPA Certification preferred

What You'll Do:
