Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support air compressor systems on-site at customer locations. You will travel within the assigned territory to diagnose and fix issues, ensuring uptime and safety.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and present on-site recommendations to customers. A rotating on-call schedule (24/7/365) is part of this role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 3 years of experience as a technician.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical or electronic repair.
• Supply all basic required hand tools.

You use your expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology they depend on. Through your work, you help customers secure the uptime and performance they need to run their operations with confidence. You join the Customer Center Service team and report into the Operations Manager.

Your day-to-day

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various air compressorssystems and componets. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.


• Perform maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.


• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.


• Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the ServiceManager.

Your skills and experience
