Job summary

Quincy Compressor, part of Atlas Copco Group, is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Dallas area to service and repair air compressor systems at customer sites. You will travel within your assigned area, perform inspections, maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting to keep equipment running reliably.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and 3+ years in field service or mechanical/electrical repair, with basic hand tools provided by you.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites for planned and ad hoc inspection, service, troubleshooting, and repair of air compressors and components.

• Act as on-site contact, provide service recommendations, and address customer needs promptly.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool as scheduled by the Service Manager.

You join the Customer Center Service team and report into the Operations Manager.

• Perform maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the ServiceManager.
