Job summary

SAM Service, Inc. seeks a Service Technician (Hot & Cold Side) for Jacksonville, FL. You will start from home in a fully equipped company vehicle and perform troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.

In this role you’ll use an iPad to manage work orders, communicate with customers and support teams, and benefit from port-to-port pay with a comprehensive benefits package. This is an on-site, full-time position with overtime and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance or repair (required).
• Refrigeration/HVAC experience and EPA certification (preferred, not required).
• Strong technical and electrical skills—able to read wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random testing.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
