Job summary

SAM Service, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Hot & Cold Side) for an in-person, full-time role in Jacksonville, FL.

Start from home each day and drive a fully equipped company vehicle, using an iPad to manage work orders and documentation as you service commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and communicate with customers and dispatchers, while our office handles quotes, parts, and billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance or repair (required)
• Refrigeration/HVAC experience and EPA certification (preferred, not required)
• Strong technical and electrical skills—able to read wiring diagrams and manuals
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other tech tools
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random testing
• Most importantly: a curious mind and a willingness to learn

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
