What You’ll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy‑duty equipment such as directional drills, trenchers, brush chippers, excavators, aerial lifts, and more.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues using computerized tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs using hand and power tools.
• Clean, lubricate, test, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Complete service tickets and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate repair status with customers and collaborate with fellow technicians as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2‑5 years of experience repairing heavy equipment OR completion of a formal technical training program preferred.
• Agricultural experience is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated, safety‑conscious, and time management skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
• CDL Class B or higher preferred.
