Job description

Responsibilities

• Effectively troubleshoot and identify malfunctions and failures in equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy machinery and its components.
• Diagnose and address mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic breakdowns in Vermeer equipment as well as other ancillary brands.
• Generate service reports summarizing the work performed.
• Prioritize safety by consistently adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Foster positive customer relations through professional and courteous interactions.

Hours

7:00AM – 3:30PM, overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• MUST own and maintain a set of tools and toolbox (wrench sets, socket sets, air tools, etc.).
• MUST have and maintain a clean driving record.
• 3+years electrical experience required.
• 3+years hydraulics experience required.Field service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• High school graduate.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
• MUST be able to lift up to 70pounds.
• Ideal candidate has strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and can read schematics.
• Candidate is organized, takes pride in maintaining tools, and is a team player eager to grow professionally.

Pay Range

$25.00 – $45.00 per hour.
