Job Title: Service Technician at Canteen

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Service Technician position at Canteen Lakeland, located at 3204 Winter Lake Road, Suite 10, Lakeland, FL 33803. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Previous experience as a service technician is preferred but not required.

Job Summary

Responsible for repairing, maintaining, and assisting in the installation of vending machines and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using a company vehicle.
2. Visit existing customers to ensure satisfactory service and resolve complaints.
3. Inspect and diagnose machine malfunctions; dismantle machines as needed.
4. Check parts for wear or damage; replace or repair parts; realign and test machines post-repair.
5. Manage inventory, order parts, and handle machine shipping and receiving.
6. Prepare machines for installation and assist with setup and removal.
7. Use mechanical tools and equipment for repairs.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
