Job summary

Sammons Industrial is hiring a PM Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair material handling equipment across LP, gas, diesel, and electric systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep customers’ operations safe and productive, with emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of forklift repair or related industry experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair equipment across LP, gas, diesel, and electric systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, component repairs, rebuilds, and basic welding as needed.
• Ensure safety by securing equipment and adhering to DOT/OSHA requirements.
• Complete service records on time and maintain parts and supplies.
