Job summary

Sammons Industrial is seeking a Technician II to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift and material handling equipment at customer locations and in-shop. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic welding, while ensuring safety standards and high-quality service.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of equipment service experience, with strong communication skills and a valid driver's license for travel to customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; forklift repair experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; valid driver’s license and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic welding.
