Job summary

Sammons Industrial is hiring a skilled forklift technician to diagnose, repair, and rebuild forklifts and material handling equipment on-site. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/hydraulic systems, and follow safety standards to keep customers’ equipment running safely.

We value hands-on mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving, and a customer-service mindset. Candidates should have 3+ years of forklift repair, a valid driver’s license, and welding/fabrication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of forklift repair experience required.
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver''s license; welding/fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild forklifts and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA/DOT requirements.
• Complete service records and manage parts inventory.
