Job summary

Findlay is seeking a capable Technician to join our team in Las Vegas. This entry-level role covers oil changes, tire rotation, and light maintenance with hands-on training from veteran Technicians. We offer training and support as you ramp up towards more advanced ASE-certified work.

We value customer-focused service and provide a supportive environment, with opportunities to grow within a large automotive group and participate in training that leads toward Master Technician certification.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with Nevada driver's license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Check oil level and communicate findings to the team.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
• Inspect and refill vehicle fluids as needed.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document results.
• Install oil drain plug and filter; perform basic maintenance.
• Provide friendly customer service with the customer's perspective in mind.

This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive service. We will provide you with hands-on training & a dedicated team of veteran Technicians who will assist you with your ramp up.

No matter whether you have graduated from an Automotive trade school or learned to work on vehicles in your personal time, if it is your goal to become a Master Technician, we will help you obtain it! We pay for all manufacturer training and all ASE testing as long as you pass.

Responsibilities:

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• More complex services will be added as you develop
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age with a valid Nevada State Drivers License and clean driving record.
