Job summary

Findlay Auto Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking entry-level Automotive Technicians to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance. We offer hands-on training and a dedicated team of veteran Technicians to help you ramp up, with paid manufacturer training and ASE testing as you pass.

Whether you are a graduate of an automotive trade school or learned on your own, this role can start a rewarding career in automotive service.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to perform oil changes and tire rotations.
• Must be 18+ with a Nevada driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• More complex services will be added as you develop.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer's perspective first.

No matter whether you have graduated from an Automotive trade school or learned to work on vehicles in your personal time, if it is your goal to become a Master Technician, we will help you obtain it! We pay for all manufacturer training and all ASE testing as long as you pass.
